During 4th sat NonCollective Cleansing in Cahors in October 2007, certain members of the future Domestic network of the Ecological Cleansing had swapped with Charged near the Ministry for Ecology, Energy, Sustainable development and Town and country planning. Following this exchange, the had worked on proposals, sent then to the Ministry to take part positively in the finalization of the closure having to replace that of 1996.

The last project of closure whose was informed leaves us think that our proposals were not taken with serious and that the stakes were not understood perfectly. We thus decided in this month of October 2008 to write the official statement which you will find in attachment. This official statement was sent to the but also to the press like with actors listed in NonCollective, nationwide and international Cleansing.
